    Each colour has its own printing plate. Precise registration makes them one label.

  3. 03Print and die-cut

    Labels run along the web, the die-cut traces the shape and the web becomes a roll.

  4. 04Pre-distortion

    We print the artwork pre-distorted.

  5. 05Application

    The sleeve slides over the pack and shrinks with heat. The right shape only appears on the pack.

HP Indigo WS4500 digital press

Short runs for special lines, editions and marketing campaigns. Much shorter job preparation.

Flexo printing

Three presses for self-adhesive labels, water based inks and UV varnish.

UV flexo printing

Shrink sleeves, wrap-around and film labels in a single pass, with high opacity UV inks.

UV letterpress and UV screen

Combined printing adds opaque white or a spot colour. Tactile varnish imitates embossing or Braille.

Label finishing

Four ROTOFLEX slitters and a ROTOCONTROL RSC440 specialised in film labels.
